Essential Oils and Hay Fever

May 15, 2014 By Jonathan Hinde

A couple of years ago someone sent us some information about essential oils and Hay Fever. I’ve recommended this widely and have had very positive feedback, so I’d like to share it with you. Here it is:

Use just one drop of each of Bay Laurel, Roman Camomile, and Eucalyptus Globulus essential oils. Add to a bowl, pour on boiling water, and inhale deeply.

Repeat this twice a day for three days and see if you notice a difference. This should help to clear the nose and open the pathways to lungs.
