Medical Aromatherapy – Kurt Schnaubelt

February 1, 2011 By Jonathan Hinde

I’ve just finished re-reading Kurt Schnaubelt’s book ‘Medical Aromatherapy’. It is definitely one of the most lucid, intelligent and genuinely informative books on the subject. The first few chapters, are a little philosophical, but there is some really great practical advice towards the end, particularly if you are interested in specific uses for common conditions, such as coughs, colds, etc.

Kurt is a scientist, and this comes through in every page. If you don’t like that viewpoint, you may find it just a touch heavy going, but you I’d be surprised if there was anyone who did not pick up some really useful information from it. Definitely worth a look.
